You will be asked to mail a good-quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to email@example.com. We will get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 3 to 5 working days of receiving it. The refund will be processed in your same bank Account. Custom products are the products that are created at your request, apart from other available products on the website. On such product orders, COD won't be applicable. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable & non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in case of an incorrect product or a damaged product received.
The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
