Items must be returned within 7 days of the initial delivery date in new condition.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%.
All items must be shipped back with their original protective outer packaging and inner protective material.
All pillow inserts that come with factory labels must still have them intact. Items returned without their original labels will not be accepted.
* Customers must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning an item. Any returns without an authorization number will be refused and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Upon return of an item, attach a label with the Return Authorization Number and shipping information on each carton. Once the merchandise is received and inspected a refund will be issued.
Products must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and returned within 7 days of the delivery date (including the Return Authorization Number to be included on shipping label) to be eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If any item arrives damaged or is defective, customers must reject the delivery and notify customer service.Please contact customer service at email@example.com for more information regarding returning an item and to receive a Return Authorization Number.
